  • Delivery is subject to the courier/postal norms and might vary based on factors such as location, shipping method, and external circumstances.

4. Liability Disclaimer

  • Al-hind Mart is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the courier company or postal authorities. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 7-8 days from the order confirmation date, or as per the agreed delivery date.
  • Any issues or delays in delivery once the consignment is handed over to the courier/postal service fall under their responsibility.

5. Delivery Confirmation

  • Delivery will be made to the address provided by the buyer during the checkout process.
  • A delivery confirmation will be sent to the email address specified by the buyer during registration.
