- Product Not as Expected or Described: If the product does not match the description on the Website or does not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Service team within 15 days of receiving the product. After reviewing your complaint, our team will guide you through the exchange process.
3. Exchange Process
- In case of an approved exchange, the product will be replaced with an equivalent item of the same value, subject to availability.
- Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds. Exchanges will be processed within 10-12 days of receiving the returned item.
4. No Liability
- Al-hind Mart does not accept any liability for damages, defects, or dissatisfaction with the product once the exchange process has been completed.
- Al-hind Mart is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to any shipping costs incurred by the customer.
